It might have been NBC that did it, it might have been whoever supplied them the tape. This whole case has been a huge cluster**** from the word go. There is nothing that can ever make any of this right but a lot of time.

As far as I am concerned...once the public has heard something,weather true or false, THEY CANNOT UN-HEAR IT. Or disreguard it. Like when a lawyer tells a jury to forget what they just heard. Any information about this case weather true or false will ultimately have an affect on the outcome.
I think that is why all this misinformation is out there. both sides are trying to steer the outcome, and as long as the OTHER side can lie to get their point heard it is OK for us to lie also...Kind of like "whats good for the goose" Sad but true!
