OK, I was in a new shop this weekend and ran into a STI INTERNATIONAL rep, now I know all about there competition guns but not familiar with there 1911 line, I really liked what I saw (I've been looking into a Simi custom carry lately). Kinda sad this company is down the road from me and I'm not really familiar with there guns ( other than the competition models). Anyone out there have any reviews or info?????? Really nice look and really nice feel. They have a cheaper line I think they call the Spartans, these are built with some of there internal parts and then they have a custom line also. I liked the Escort and the lawman. ANYWAY, any info would be appreciated.THANKS

I have never owned one but have shot a few that my friends have. They shoot great and hold up very well non of my friends have ever complained about them. I just don't think the company does a very good job of marketing them.
