OK...North Carolina does not allow concealed carry in State Parks.
1. Can one actually open carry in a State Park?
2. Since I am still new to this area I am assuming that I can carry concealed on Carolina Beach, Wrightsville Beach and all the City Parks in New Hanover County>???
3. Carolina Beach requires a parking fee...does that constitute "anywhere there is a paid admission?"
