Stampede to register????

Just got this from NYSRPA -
Apparently inspired/concerned by the flood of Get My Name Off The Public Records List forms they've been deluged with, tens of thousands of them in fact, "county clerks said they are bracing for the registration of assault weapons, which is set to begin April 15 when the state police will make the forms available online."

They think we're all gonna rush in there to register our "assault rifles" starting on the first day???
The deadline is April 15, 2014.
THAT, coupled with the fact that many (most?) of us ain't gonna do it anyway.

Yep, all you county clerks better buckle up, big boys. There's gonna be a flood of us running in to be the first in line to sacrifice our rights.
Good lord.

I cant find it right now but i read that it was going to be all online and free, clerks shouldnt have any thing to worry about.
