Springfield, IL electronic fingerprinting

I have an application for a Florida CCW permit and I was wanting to know if there was anyplace in Springfield, IL that could take my fingerprints electronically. Does anyone know and if so how do they get the prints to Florida?

I am an Iowa resident and I am also looking into a Florida permit as well. I have ordered all the material from the Florida website and it comes with a fingerprint card, if you requested it that is. It can be found here. Form/Publication Request 790 - Division of Licensing, FDACS

I haven't gone to get my fingerprints taken yet. I was also wondering where I would go to do so. Any help would be appreciated.

If you are a FL non resident, you cannot use the Electronic Fingerprinting, it say it clearly on the application. The electronic fingerprinting is only an option for FL residents

No prob, your local dept or county sheriff usually does it for free, if your a resident of thier jurisdiction
