South Carolina and the 10th Amendment and Firearms

The "Firearms Freedom Act" has just been filed in South Carolina, similar to bills already approved in eight states and filed in 40 others relates to the 10th Amendment--"The powers not delegated to the US by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people". In South Carolina, AR-15s and other handguns and rifles are currently manufactured here and sold here and, as such, belong here as long as the State of South Carolina deems it so. Of course, this does not mean that our fascist federal government, headed by a fascist moslem, who casually dismisses the Constitution, Congress and the Supreme Court, won't find a court (they are already challenging such bills) where more fascist jurists reside that try to end this display of states' rights, but at least we are not just sitting with our fingers up our noses watching freedom disappear.

This seems to be another area where the feds seem to be stepping "out of bounds." Point well taken on your part.
