This one point of starting a framework for protecting American kids inside their schools is such a no brainer that people that oppose it just can't be taken seriously. They are either extreme idealogues, government control freaks, or have such little education on firearms that their positions have no merit. There are a lot of educators that want to be difference makers if their kids are ever in harm's way.
