S4039A ADAMS -- Exempts off-duty police officers and peace officers and retired police officers and peace officers from provisions pertaining to large capacity ammunition feeding devices

Unfortunately, Representative Katz was arrested on a possession charge last week. Now I know that Cuomo and Bloomberg are all in favor of making possession of small amount of pot a non issue, but since Mr. Katz is against the so called "Safe Act", it will be an issue in this case.
