SOME Buffalo Wild Wings Franchise Owners

Buffalo Wild Wings Corporate HQ (in MN) has told their franchise owners that they may post - or not post - "No Guns" signs at the locations they own. When you encounter a posted location, it is the FRANCHISE OWNER - not the local manager or BWW Corporate - who is not supportive of your right of self defense.

This being the age of Social Media, BWW Facebook page is likely available for comments.

I would imagine, as is the law in NE, if sales of liquor are higher than X% they cannot allow weapons to begin with, so while this may be a franchise directive, many time it is overridden by local laws.

STATE laws do vary, and of course anyone doing business has to comply with such laws. BWW Corporate likely KNOWS which states those are and their directive/instruction to franchise owners in those states will reflect state law. Many states have no such restriction, and there it is the individual owner who makes the decision.
