Sneaky Pete Holsters

I carry a Sig P238 in a Nate tactile holster but have been considering a Sneaky Pete Holster. I would like any input from any users.

Have seen those a good bit in ads but not up close and personal.

I am concerned about the closure.

Looks to be only magnets that keep the flap down.

Nothing sneaky about them, there as discreet as a fanny pack. If there's one way to create a situation where everybody will want to know what "that" is, it's one of those.
