Smith and Wesson Bodyguard .380

I am having difficulty searching to find if this has already been covered. My Bodyguard .380 consistently drop a the magazine without the release being engaged. Is this an issue anyone else has dealt with? If so how did you deal with it? I have sent it in once to S&W. They replaced the body, but is not fixed. Sending it in again.
