TV always puts a negative spin on aircraft incidents. Pardon the pun. Also anything firearm related, the media loves to vilify. More often then not they get any and all details wrong. Guns and Airplanes, ARE DANGEROUS, news at 10.

This guy could of been at low altitude for a number of reasons. Most of them not acceptable in the eyes of the FAA.

Looks like this guy burned down his house before crashing into the building. He had been going through a divorce and having financial problems including tax problems. This building has IRS offices in it.
