I probably would have said something to the teacher like "Is this chocolate?"
and then I would have seriously considered smearing some of the feces on the moronic teachers face and then asked, "Well? What does it smell like to you? You fkng moron!"
Then I would have probably been arrested.
Then I would have been bailed out.
Plead not guilty by reason of temporary insanity.
Pay my fines, etc...
Then I would have given numerous interviews to the news media.
Then I would take my child out of that school.
Then I would probably homeschool my child.

Wow, this makes me so happy to have my kids in a school district that a incident like this would never take place. Imo there isn't very many public schools, at least around here that I would trust my kids going to. How sad is that? And its no wonder why kids are growing up the way they are, the parents and teachers just seem like they just don't give a sh**t, the scary thing is that one of these days these kids will be running this country. Sad.

If a teacher found out that a parent, babysitter, or other person in charge of a child had forced that child to sit in excrement for over a half an hour they would be legally bound to report this to the police or children services. Did the principal, superintendent, or any teacher make any such report as expressly defined by statute? I they did not then they should be suspended and after an investigation, if found guilty, fired, have their teaching certificate revoked. The woman in charge of this class, she does not deserve to be called a teacher if guilty, should suffer all the above plus she should be prosecuted.

Before everyone blames this on the present day school system I am going to admit that I had the same thing happen to me back in the 50's. This is not something new but this time it makes the news. I do have a great interest in this story because of my experience but do not think that this is something new or the first time it has happened. I would have hoped that times have changed but evidently they have not.

I could not agree with you more on all of your points!
I truly hope that this story doesn't get swepped under the rug and I pray that this idiot teacher is held accountable.
