I am a new ccw holder does anyone have any knowledge or experience with the sig p250 2 sum

I didn't get a 2sum, but i wish i did. I just got the p250sc 9mm. You get two different sized pistols in one package. The FCU (firing control unit, or something) has the serial number on it, so you can swap out barrels and grips for different calibers and sizes with the same "gun". I think if you get the 2sum in 40 or 357, you can just buy barrel in the opposite and swap between the two sizes and two calibers in minutes.

The thing people don't like about the p250 is the DAO trigger. I enjoy it and think it is a great gun. If you like the trigger, i highly recommend it. The good thing about the trigger is that you don't need or want a manual safety. The long trigger pull makes it safe to carry without one. I stick one in my pants nearly every day.

I have the P250sc in 9mm (with the rail) and I love it. A lot of people don't like the trigger, so there are a lot of nice used ones available out there. Personally, I love the trigger. It is smooth and consistent. I'm very happy with my Sig.

My only complaint is the lack of "stuff" for it. Holsters, specifically. I got a Blackhawk IWB that fits fine, but the clip is weak and the when i draw the gun, the holster comes with it. I ordered one from High Noon Holsters that I am waiting on delivery. Hopefully that one works out better.

Good luck!

I have the Sig P250 2 Sum. It's a great gun and it's awesome in that you get a full size and a compact - with the same trigger pull. It's really cutting edge and I'm surprised that S&W or Ruger hasn't come out with one of their own. The swap between the full size and the compact take a couple minutes and the first couple of times in doing it its a bit cumbersome.
