In this wingdings defense overall, he HAS saved people from assault, rescued kittens, etc. Obviously that doesn't excuse him from his actions on this particular case. Furthermore, you and I may not approve of his antics or methods but it's not up to us. Its the city's problem, not anyone else's.

I think he pepper sprayed the people he was trying to help, after they attacked him for helping them. It seens he might have misinterpretid the situation. Possibly the people who were fighting were friends.?

Ok, so he went in, saying call 911, and didn't attack anyone. They started to attack him. He defended himself. Why weren't they charged with assault?

From the video I do not see him assaulting them, he peppered them after they attacked him. But I do not see anyone with symptoms of direct pepper spray.
