Need advice for what a good revolver would be to buy . Like a cost for it and what you guys recommend. Comments welcomed please and thanks guys . Going to take me a month or two to save the remainder, I'll have like 250 to start with

Been checking those out a lot ... Also been looking at a charter arms pug .44 . I can't decide lol going to the gun shop Friday going to put a down payment and decide then , but idk

lcp is smaller than the lc9 in the giveaway ? i was comparing them the other day i like the larger one as my hands are too big for small and compact guns
best wishes though

It is very small I bought it with intentions of a pocket carry . Never owning a handgun I took my fathers advice . It's a amazing little gun . But I want to open carry from time to time , and it doesn't fit the bill well lol

I have a pair of .44 Bulldogs. I like carrying them. They are good shooters. The .44 SPL is a low pressure round that throws a big bullet. Mine like the Blazer 200 Gr. HP. The .44 recoil is actually easier to manage than a .38+p for me as the recoil is more of a slow push, rather than a sharp shove. I think of it as the difference in recoil between a 9mm and a .40S&W, except that in this case, the gun that throws the biggest bullet has the least recoil.

A good revolver can be anything from a .22LR to a .44 magnum. What caliber are you looking for? How will you be carrying it (are you carrying it)? Will it be for target shooting? Will it be for personal defense?

We need a lot more info to give any sort of advice on a "good revolver".

I know everyone is going to say go to your local gun store and try out a few, Which is the best advice. I like my Ruger SP101 357 Hammerless. Very concealable and you can shoot 38s as well as 357. Good luck with your hunt!!!

Personal Ccw mostly open carry . Pocket for times when that's not good . And either a .357 or .44 snub I'm stuck between the pug , and lcr

If you are looking for a good all-around, easy to conceal, easy to carry light weight revolver, then I cannot recommend highly enough the Ruger LCR. You can get one in .38 Special +P or you can get one in .357 mag. They shoot great with the sweetest trigger press you can have; and they are durable, IMO. I have owned each for over a year and have not had one problem and I have run hundreds of rounds through them. For self defense, I would also recommend getting the Crimson Trace Lasergrips on it. You can get the grips with the LCR, or you can purchase the lasergrips later. Very easy to install.
