Self defense without a permit

Does anybody know an article, or name, or anytime a self defense shooting victim was arrested for not having a permit when they were carrying in a justified self defense shooting?

I google searched it quickly, it only comes up with related articles, but I can't find any specific instances of this occurring. I'll search deeper tonight, but will check back here for more info.

Nope. I can cite you a case from my area with quite the opposite outcome: Guns.com | Man who shot armed robber turns out to be convicted felon, but charges not likely.
