Self Defense shooting in PA.

Not much information on the incident itself or whether the shooter was a permit holder. As stated, it clearly shows the citizen was attacked by three teens (clearly a gang). Found it very curious the mother of the deceased teen wanted time to notify the next of kin before her sons name was released. I suspect that these kids were no strangers to law enforcement.
