Heres a story from my local paper that i thought some might find interesting. I can't say i really agree with this guys actions but i'm glad to see it turn out the way it did. Its actually quite suprising in NYS which is generally very anti-gun.

The only problem I have with the DA is his statement that if the bank robber was wounded or killed, then he would have submitted the case to a grand jury.

That makes no sense. If the firing of the weapon was justified by law, then the result shouldn't make a difference. If the firing of the weapon was not justified, then missing the target shouldn't make a difference.

Under Sedita's rationale, a good shot gets put through the ringer. a poor shot gets left alone.
