SC police indictments

Combs' lawyer accused prosecutors of taking advantage of national outrage toward police and the justice system to get the indictment.

He just might have a point as the incident happened in May 2011 and the indictment just came down, 3 1/2 years later? If indictment is appropriate, why in hell didn't it happen in 2011?

To me- It's beginning to look like this is the next play in the liberal handbook on the march toward socialism. Throw gasoline on the fire of distrust & racial tension wherever & whenever possible to create as much hate for LE and distrust for one another as possible.

From the OP article:

Prosecutor David Pascoe said he had always planned to seek a murder charge if a judge threw out the former chief's "stand your ground" self-defense claim, which happened last month.

Makes sense to me.

Well when the police can no longer keep order it will be up to the people , and then the libtards are really going to wish they could deal with the police instead of the people
