S 115 was carried over again. The newest revision of the amendment isn't acceptable to some of the outside forces pulling strings. My spidey sense is that the next revision of the amendment is going to change the language with regard to the intent to commit a crime and what particular crimes that intent is limited to. Spidey tells me they are going to screw the next amendment up and scuttle the entire effort.
