SC Friendly Neighbors

An attack chases someone across the street to a neighbor's house. Unfortunately that neighbor is a CWP holder - I think the attacker got more than he bargained for. Unfortunately his first victim did not survive.

Thanks for the post GRiddle. Wyff 4 has been showing more and more reports of people having to protect themselves. Although i hate this woman lost her life, it is good to see people protecting themselves. Im tired of just hearing reports guns kil, guns kill!

That's close to home... I keep showing these stories to my friends/family - I'm the only one that is taking this crap seriously! I don't understand the problem with some people - they don't want to wake up and take the responsibility to arm themselves!

Unfortunately, Dano, sometimes it has to hit a little closer to home for some, than just reading it in the local paper... Hopefully you will be around if it ever does!

Nice link Danno to your site. As for the OP, glad to see someone had sense enough to keep protection close by. Sad to hear about the woman though. Ya just never can tell out there. I'd sooner have and not need then desperately need and not have.

At least in SC and some other "sane" states in this country it is understood by our elected officials what individual rights are all about, and what the Constitution is all about. Situatons like the one highlighted in this thread do not exist in many states and locales where elected officials somehow find it necessary to "guide" their constiutency from birth to death with insidious laws, rules and regulations that fit their idea of the perfect universe and not that of the people who elected them. So glad I live in SC, where individual liberties are understood, and not the hell hole of NY/NJ, from whence I came.

Here in Virginia, we also enjoy our God-given and Constitutionally protected rights. I love our sister state of South Carolina and go there several times a year. Now you good folks in SC have to work on your servants, i.e. elected representatives, go recognize your right to openly carry your arms at your whim.

BTW, glad to hear you left your NY/NJ ideas up there and adopted Southern culture.
