A registered gun under SB1160, on an Assault weapon certificate application (Pursuant to C.G.S. § 53-202a, et. seq., as amended by P.A. 13-3 and P.A.13-220) that has been returned, rubber stamped by DESPP.
A) Do you need to pin your stocks, or can you unpin them? There seems to be some confusion because the guns are allowed to have so many features previously, which was then struck down for the 1 feature check, so the way I see it, if its registered its like a 1994 pre-ban in all ways except it can't be re-sold private party within CT.
B) Are you exempt from all feature checks?
