Saratoga CCW permits, anyone have the restrictions removed?

Hello and greetings!

First post on this great site. Being a Saratoga County resident with a pistol permit since 1994, I was wondering if there is anyway to get the restriction removed?

From what i understand its pretty much impossible if you are just a regular Joe in Saratoga County. My best buddy inquired about it not long after we both obtained our permits.
