How's this for hypocrisy? She wants background checks for all firearms transactions, but then gives her son the gift of a hunting rifle - no background check.

This should get even more play as she was still vigorously leading the charge of curbing 2A Rights. Mention this when you contact your Congressional Reps and anyone else in Washington. She would hold folks accountable to various indiscretions that happened more than 50 years ago especially if it precluded firearms ownership, now its our turn to return the favor!

"Merry Christmas, Son! I hate guns so much that I'm giving this to you as a Christmas Present! Let's go shooting sometime! I'm hoping to clear all of the scum off of the ranges and take all of their guns and ammo so we can have a lot of fun!" I can't even articulate (without spewing obscenities) the blatant hypocrisy of these people. I wish it were possible for me to assign a negative value with regard to my level respect for these clowns who pretend like they give a damn about guns. As if no one else's spouse has ever been shot and permanently handicapped by a nutjob. Tens of thousands of husbands have been shot multiple times in Iraq and Afghanistan while in service of their country and are permanently disabled, how many military wives are on a crusade to ban guns? Ehh...uhhh...well I'm not sure of the exact number but I've never heard of a single one.
