Safe for truck recommendation

Anyway, I have found Lock're Down and Console Vault. I drive a 2013 Ford F150 and have the Floor Console.

Any recommendations?

I drive an F150 as well. I like the looks and accessibility of the console vault. Another option that I have been considering is the under-the-seat safe at Truck Safe and Truck Gun Safes : Truck Bunker Safes. They are much more expensive, but also have a larger capacity. I am thinking in terms of storage when visiting the rifle range, traveling, or even for Christmas shopping. (I know someone who had all of their gifts stolen from their vehicle last year.) Anyway, they are designed to fit under those back seats perfectly and would not be noticed by someone on the outside. As I mentioned, they are more expensive than a console safe, but I think it would be worth the investment.

The console vault allows one to discretely hide the gun in the safe, before getting out of the truck. If it is under the rear seat, one has to get out of the truck and then stow the gun in view. I think the console vault is the better option, whether or not there is a vault under the back seat.

One negative I see with the under the seat safe is that they do not appear to make a shorter one that will fit with a factory Ford subwoofer under the smaller seat.
