rolo rifle

have any of you guys ever heard of a rolo rifle? Supposedly made in kansas, ElDorado to be exact, just after the war (WW2). only 500 made so I'm told... bolt action single shot... caliber not known, belongs to a friends kid... cant find anything on the web... could it be a hoax?

I've heard of a Roma Rifle, a 1918 M91 Roma Carcano to be precise but it's not a single shot. It's an Italian magazine fed bolt action in 6.5 X 52mm.

But never heard of a Rolo rifle.
