In part I agree with you. But I do not believe that all will know what they are doing if/when they take the "mark of the beast". My example is the current POS in the WH. Most of those who voted for obummer thought they were voting for something other than what he really was. They were fooled and now many have buyers regret!
I have been taught that Satan is the great trickster! He will offer the mark as something other than what it really is. We have to many in this country AND the world who believe they are well versed but in reality are dumb!

The Bible makes it clear that taking the mark is a choice and that doing so involves worshiping the antichrist and actively turning your back on God. You can’t make a choice without at least some idea of what you’re choosing.
I could maybe see people being deceived into thinking that God will understand that they were “forced” into taking the mark and will forgive them but I can’t imagine anyone being completely oblivious to the consequences of taking the mark.

OOPS isn't in God's vocabulary. "ALL" will know the truth. As soon as the NWO sets up their forced dictatorial rulership, God in his mercy sends three angels to fly over the whole earth warning all the people. Don’t Do It. Don’t take the Mark and Don’t Worship the Beast or you will have no way out of this. When the Antichrist who will be the NWO world leader sets up his one world government, one world religion, and one world monetary system he will force the whole world to comply. Those who do not will be killed. This will be a very difficult time for everyone. No one will be able to buy or sell unless they have the “mark”. Right after the NWO sets up their forced dictatorial rulership, three angels fly through the sky with a message to the inhabitants of the world. The first angel will say. “Fear God, give glory to him. For the time has come when he will sit as judge. Worship him who made the heavens, the earth, the sea, and all the springs of water.” The second angel will say: “Babylon is fallen that great city is fallen because she made all the nations of the world drink the wine of her passionate immorality.”
But the third angel has a very stern warning to the NWO and the inhabitants of the earth. Then a third angel followed them, shouting, “Anyone who worships the beast and his statue or who accepts his mark on the forehead or on the hand must drink the wine of God’s anger. It has been poured full strength into God’s cup of wrath. And they will be tormented with fire and burning sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and the Lamb. The smoke of their torment will rise forever and ever, and they will have no relief day or night, for they have worshiped the beast and his statue and have accepted the mark of his name.”
