Gunner: I read the article as well as comments made by other readers. One fellow made the comment that the article was nothing more than paranoia and that the government would not/could not do anything about individual gardens. Anyone who thinks the government couldn't do such is just whistling in the wind. In the event of devastating crop failures, possible attack on the country. or a myriad of other disasters, I personally believe the government would actually take food from individuals and start a centralized food bank "for the greater good" and issue what they wanted you to have. He was also adamant in that he also had weapons to stop it from happening. Another reader reminded him that the government had even bigger guns so, if push came to shove, it could happen. I do not trust our government and firmly believe that the SHTF is right around the corner. I commend the Mormons for having the foresight to store a year's food supply for their families but am cynical enough to believe that the government would take it under the pretense of providing for others. There will be a lot of people who will not believe such could happen, however, there are others who believe as I do. God willing, we will not have to face such problems but the future looks very bleak right now. And yes, I do have a tin-foil helmet ready.

Just got my license to grow corn. Only took 8 months. Required a background check, DNA sample, fingerprints and $118 license fee. Had to show cause to the judge. Eating isn't considered just cause. I have to register each vegetable I plant on my permit. I'm required to lock the gate and keep a log of what the deer eat. My neighbor forgot to lock his gate and was charged with providing illegal lettuce to rabbits. It's a misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in jail and $25,000 fine. His lawyer says he can get an ACD if he agrees to grow vegetables for minorities. Also, minorities can't be made to pick their own vegetables.
WTF??? It's no wonder our government is broke. These guys just can't keep their eye on the ball.

Yes sir, big time drought. We've had a sizeable black bear hanging around lately. DEC tells me they're on the move over food shortages. Berry crops are normally abundant but not this year. My blueberry bushes didn't produce anything. Been loading-up when I let the dog out at night.

Govt doesn't want you eating and selling non-gmo foods. They have stock in Monsanto. They also don't want you to be healthy. The best thing to do is just ignore BS laws whatever they may be.

The elites and One Worlders are doing their best to usurp the Constitution of the United States to form a one world government and one world currency. I'm back, I just had to remove my tin foil hat for a moment.
I can't think of anything else they need to implement a one world order system except a global disaster and a standing UN Army. Oh yea, they're working on the UN standing Army I hear.

No more currency exchange disparities and centralized price fixing
Control the centralized electronic money and control what and how much is purchased.
Spy on who, what, where and when bought something.
A huge reduction in crime and embezzlement. Nothing to take for a bank, home or street robbery. How would the crackheads / drug dealers get paid when their being tracked?
Few global conflicts and wars? Who would you fight, yourself?
It would control all wages and labor, communications, health-care, farming, food distribution, water, commerce, travel, where and how you live, etc. etc.
Anyone connecting the dotted lines yet?

The nice thing about the NWO being closer to completion is it's at the same time closer to being destroyed by an almightier power.
I think many are connecting the dots especially since the internet was born but they also are too afraid to do anything that might disrupt their TV time or get themselves hurt or thrown in jail. I think all it will take is one good spark though and people will explode on the oppressors. What will that spark be though, that is the question?
