reciprocity option

How about a reciprocity bridge--something to the effect of allowing to transport through states more freely. Federal laws allows us to do this (sidearm locked in trunk and separate form ammo) as long as we do not stop. Would there be any potential, for an agreement between states, to have this loosened to allow for overnight stays, restaurant stops, fuel stops, airports travel problems, etc.
