Receiving my licence

Im wondering what to do and if anyone has had this issue. But i received notification that my licence was approved by going on their website and being sent to me. That was about 6 weeks ago. I contacted them by email they validated my address said it was good and havent had it returned to them. And said they would reprint and send out to me again. That was 2 weeks ago. Its coming from little rock ar. Anyone ever have this issue? Because i still have not recieved it
