Really stupid question

So I watched the Vid of the Female in the gas station that popped the trunk pulled out a rifle an shot the perp that was attacking her. ( the one making the rounds last week ) So my question is Wasn't that a concealed weapon? It was in her trunk and was loaded. It seemed she jacked a round in to the chamber But I didn't see her slip a mag in before that.
Like I said Stupid Question but...

Some states won't allow a loaded rifle or shotgun to be kept in a vehicle. Must be unloaded. But I don't that's the same as concealed carry.

Chances are the gun wasn't legal. Most likely so hot she burned her fingers just touching it. Haven't heard any more in the news but that had illegal written all over it.

In Vermont, you can't have a loaded rifle or shotgun in your car.

In Tennessee if you have a carry permit you can carry a loaded rifle in you vehicle as long as no round in the chamber until you feel you life is in danger.
