I think I saw this floating around a year or so ago and I want to say it was staged... not 100% sure, though leasantry:

That certainly didn't appear to be any tazer I've ever seen or heard.

Training video, staged video, fake shooting, take your pick. What it's not is actual footage of an actual police action against an actual suspect.
