Reacquire my CPL

Michigan resident and was a cpl holder until received DUI in which I was contacted Immediatly by the State to either return my licence or wiat till sentancing and then go before board.I sent the license back knowing I was guilty of this charge.It has been three years as of the 10th of december and I wonder if anyone knows what I have to do to reaquire my conceal permit.Record is spotless beside this conviction
