it must be Bush's fault. He passed his speech impediment onto her and she caught it BAD. He is better now that the media isn't recording everything he says since he is out of office and irrelevant. That really is the only cure for Hillary; stay out of office and out of site.

I'm pretty good at translating internet speech; I've had years of experience. So I should be able to translate that, right? Well...um...I got nothing. Sorry.

I had heard she stuttered and stammered her way throught this question last year, but I never saw the exact quote.
It depends on what she might consider accomplishments, I guess. She probably saved the country thousands of dollars by not sending help to Benghazi. There's little doubt she's helped other countries, but the US? No.
I don't see anything that would qualify her to be president, but obama didn't have much either.
