Questions for schenectady county

I have ny meeting with the judge next Thursday at 2:30. What happens after that? If he approves, do I just go to the clerks office, pick up my permit and then go pick up my guns? Do I need to make an appointment with the clerks office? Been at this for almost a year to the day and I'd like to pick up the guns I've long since paid for. Any helpful advise would be appreciated. It seems that you usually get a letter stating that you are approvred, and then you can call and make an appointment with the clerk to get you permit and coupons for the dealer. Some places, the clerk just calls and tells them to give you your new handgun. The way a lot of pistol permit clerks are seeing business these days, I really suggest making an appointment.
