I'm a lifelong Kansas resident and am moving to Texas in the near future. I currently have an Arizona CCW permit on the way that will allow me to carry in TX.
We are checking out of our apartment in Kansas next week but I'll be in the state for another few weeks finishing up work. Am I allowed to concealed carry in Kansas using the Arizona license since I technically won't be a Kansas resident?
