Purchasing handgun with 2nd degree trespass charge

Could I be denied buying a pistol with a 2nd degree trespass charge?
 
You can be denied buying a pistol without a 2nd Degree Trespassing charge. Why in heck are you posting this in concealed carry and open carry. It's got nothing to do with either one.
 
I guess actually checking the laws of your state for yourself is too difficult? If that's the case, I have to also ask why you should be trusted with ANY kind of weapon!

Maybe he doesn't even know what state he is in, since he failed to mention it, and it is entirely a state law matter.

Would you like to contribute to Longslide10's new gun fund? You see I am a poor ex-middle class unemployed blue collar worker on the govt "no work" list (similar to the "no fly" list) and are in need a lt wt pocket pistol so I can protect myself from the myriad of dope, crack and s*** heads in my neighborhood

Im talking about Treo's recent thread about people scaring new members away. This guy posted a question and instantly had many negative replies. Therefore Treo should be having a heart attack that people are jumping on a new member again.
 
I got alot of kick laughs from the responses. No wonder the anti gunners won't stop their madness with uneducated folk like this.

Posts like this are why I hate Google being in everyone's hands. They think "I want gun... wait, I screwed up bad at some point... I ask Google- Gun Owner... USACARRY, that must be where the lawyers hang out."

Why must we contemplate these things? Why do people think we know anything? Seriously? I come here for opinions and tips, that's all.

A probable fictitious list dissidents, tax cheats, potential terrorists, illegal aliens etc are listed on so they may not be allowed to work since they pissed someone off inside the federal govt. I have read one exists but it's more than likely bs. I looked it up once because I have been having a really hard time getting employed. I get interviews and some have bitten the hook so to speak but then at the last minute there is always some excuse not to hire me like we decided to change directions or we decided to freeze all hiring or you made good money so your just going to leave or we found someone with the exact experience we were looking for or..or..or..or and the list goes on. I'm starting to believe there might be some type of list because I've never had this kind of a problem plus I don't doubt I am being watched by one of the alphabet agencies for some of the things I post and say against big brother in these forums and social networks

I'm in the same boat as you are for getting hired. It's complete BS!
 
I don't know. Is it a felony? If so, then no. If not, go try to buy one. If you can't answer the questions on the form, then take it with you and leave. If you can, pay the $7 to find out.

In Utah, you can go to the Public Safety office and ask them. They will run a check for you while you wait and let you know.

How do I find this "no work" list to get my name off it, too?
