Purchase of hand gun

I use to live on FL.,but noe reside in TN. I have a TN. CCP. Now I am visiting here in FL. And want to purchase a hand gun from a dealer in Brrooksville. Can I????????

Sure but you have to have the FFL ship it to a dealer in the state YOU RESIDE!!! Then you can pick it up there.

Welcome to the board ; and as said before you can buy but it has to be shipped to a FFL in your state by a FFL in Florida .... and BTW Tennessee dose not have a CCP ... they have a HCP ( Handgun Carry Permit ) that allows you to carry concealed or open . thank you and welcome to Tn.

The quick answer is yes you can but you can not walk out the door with the hand gun.

Do a Bing or Google search on "27 CFR 478.147" for details. (I recommend you include the double quotes in the search string.)
