I have convergence issues which basically means, that when use a 3-dot system I get double visions , and trouble converting the front sight. And good ideas or eye exercises I can do to fix the issue?

What do you see double? What does "trouble converting the front sight" mean?

There are two major root causes for serious sight picture issues: (1) cross-eye dominance and (2) astigmatism. You should know if you have astigmatism. In this case, three-dot sights are generally not recommended. Instead, I recommend XS Big Dot Sights. For cross-eye dominance, just line up the other eye behind the sights. I have astigmatism and XS Big Dots changed my life.

I don't know of any exercises but I would go with a different set of sights. I am left eye dominant but the three dot system doesn't bother me or blur in any way. I have just practiced for years and years on muscle memory when I pull my gun and aim.

Howdy,

+1!

I am very right handed and right eye dominant.

A few years ago the vision in my right started getting to point were I could not see the front sight and the target no matter what I did so I had to retrain myself to use my left eye after shooting right eyed for +40 years.

Last year I had cataract surgery on my right eye and the doc tore my retina. After numerous surgeries to repair the retina, I can see the sights of a pistol as good as I could at 35yo. Not as good as I could at 19yo but a lot better at 45yo.

Now I've hand to retrain myself to use my right eye again.

Practice, practice, practice. When I started using my left eye I painted the right lense of my safety glasses black so I could not see through it and had to use my left eye.

Also a Hi-Vis fiber optic sight will make a huge difference too.
