Plea from New York!!

Yeah I know we are stupid to live in NY, but I thought maybe some of the states who believe in the constitution might lend us a hand. How about you declare war on NY. I'm sure the passive liberals will not put up a fight. Remember they are anti-gun! So after you win the war, first PLEASE take Cuomo and all the legislators who voted for the insane gun law as POWs. We promise not to fight to get them back. Just lock them up somewhere and lose the keys!! The sane people, mostly upstate, NOT NY City, will provide any assistance that you need to deport the remaining negative liberal elements to a country of your choosing. I would think they would enjoy Siberia! In Siberia they could live under another dictator and shovel snow just like NY. The remaining people will be required to "protect and defend" the Constitution of this United States!!

Thank you in advance for your cooperation!!

BTW,
If you prefer, I will volunteer on behalf of NYers who believe in the constitution to declare war of your states. We promise to give up before you get here!!

Ill gladly open my doors to a NY gun owner who can afford a small amount of rent..- Or if they prefer, short time residence while they look for more long term residence.. ( plenty of low cost houses to buy thanks to Clinton forcing banks to provide loans to people who couldn't afford to repay - and Obama for bailing out the banks after all those people defaulted on the loans..)

Did I mention? Michigan law allows for Machine guns and Silencers (suppressors) with the ATF Tax stamp..

Soo Come to Michigan.. maybe some smart New Yorkers can bring some business here that would hire more Michiganders..

I think we are all "feeling" for ya'all in New York, and hoping that some relief thru the courts will occur very very soon, rather than later. How can they keep re-electing these guys ?? Between NY, DC, Chicago & California..... I don't know..... "re-education" camps ... with 24/7 readings of the Constitution ? I will say one thing about all 4 of these locations (including # 5 - New Jersey) ..... they make me very very glad I live where I do.
.
"ONE" ... and I stress the "one" State representative brought up whether the State Legislature should "start some discussion on common sense gun control laws" ...... and , he got hit by so many of his constituents he still hasn't come up for air.
.
They are looking at a few "common sense" laws here related to guns;
.
* Suing 5-6 different cities who are failing to comply and change the laws to allow for Open Carry .... per a State Law pre-empting them from prohibiting it.
* Expanding CC license recognition to include recognizing all states CC licenses.
* Passing a law, protecting any guns or ammunition made within and used within the state, from Federal regulations.
* one... we'll see where it goes... that's beeen discussed for the last 3 yrs, making it so that no one can post their businesses, etc. unless they have metal detectors and other security to protect all persons from anyone entering with a weapon, and this includes College Campus's... and buildings.
.
One of our State Senators is one of the authors of the bill .... to prevent any treaty or law ever being passed which infringes on the 2nd Amendment, and gotten alot of other Senators to sign it.
.
Sounds like you need to move. I think one thing (seriously) that is happening ... is that several states in the NE part of the USA, think they ARE the USA.... and forget that the rest of us exist, and are not their subjects, and don't think like them at all.
.
The idiot New York Governor, who stated "who needs 10 rounds to kill a deer" ..... obviously hasn't lived outside the city, hasn't hunted, and doesn't know squat about guns. His "too powerful" comment got us laughing.... it's illegal in most "other states" to even hunt with a .223, because it is NOT powerful ENOUGH... and is more likely to only wound a deer, rather than kill it. Also, he obviously doesn't understand protecting livestock (and ourselves at times) etc. from predators such as coyotes, wolves, bears, etc. that are out there..... and that they are used to stop coyotes and wolves quite frequently (one reason used around here).... and foxes who like to eat chickens. But then, I'm betting he forgets where "eggs" come from and if the chickens are eaten by the foxes and coyotes, he won't have eggs for breakfast anymore. May want to inform him.... 10 rounds hell ...... you run into a pack of wild dogs (which I have ) .... 10 rounds is NOT EVEN REMOTELY CLOSE TO ENOUGH .... if you only have 10 rounds, you better shoot the person next to you in the leg and hope they get them while you are running like hell.
.
I'm betting he has never seen a ticked off mountain lion, who wants to eat you either. I have, and I don't like mountain lions..... except if they are a really good distance away from me.
.
And, he might want to consider...... that some home invasions, the home owners were able to protect themselves from mutiple armed attackers, because they had an AR with 30 rounds in the sucker, otherwise they would have most likely ended up dead.
Around some places here ...... the Police.... are NOT coming to rescue you out in the sticks, and the Sheriff Deputies on duty might be on the complete other side of the county, or sometimes in another country helping Deputies in an adjoining county.
.
Yep... they just have no clue at all.
.
One positive thing for New York City, they also made it illegal for Police Officers to have more than a 7 round magazine. So, when two officers in New York City shot "one" guy, and hit 9 bystanders in the process.... I'm sure the bystanders will appreciate this new law.

Don't feel bad for us.
We are now on the front lines. Like any front line operation, we will need support.

We are mobilizing like I have never seen before.
We are going by the book first trying for relief in the courts.
There is talk of a Hunters Strike in 2013. Not buying a Hunting License to hurt the state.
The deer population would explode and the non-hunters won't like the results at all.
Other ideas include:
Cancelling subscriptions to local news papers all on the same day.
If you are owed money on tax file now if you owe do not send in until April 15th at 11:59pm
Getting ready now to attend a National Gun Rights Rally.
Overcast and Windy with a high of 40 degrees. A balmy day for Buffalo NY

Although we feel like we are now behind the Iron Curtain, we are not giving up.
We realize that it is a small group of "Sophisticates" that are behind all of this.
New Jersey and Illinois will probably be the next to fall.

Back in the colonies the taverns were the social media and used for organizing.
We are trying now to even get the old men in our clubs to start using the new social media to keep informed.
I wish now I knew more about Facebook and such.

I urge all of you to find a rally or a Gun Show for National Gun Appreciation Day and invest a couple of hours. Who knows you may even have some fun.

Peace Out!

Well said golocx4! New York was a primary battleground in the revolution that gave us our nation, and it will be one in the revolution that will try to preserve our freedom.

You might start by not electing and/or re-electing these political nut jobs in the first place.

Yeah, I'm thanking New York city just about everyday. Time to make the city a "district" like Washington D.C., and leave the rest of the state alone.

Turn it over to the UN and then pull out of the UN too. Be sure to wall it off so that none of the vermin can get out.

To bad "Upstate NY", NY w/o NY City, can't secede from NY!! VERY VERY hard to defeat a liberal governor with so many libs in NY City!

Liberals do not hate all guns, just the ones they have no control over. They like the "good" ones, like those that belong to Bloomberg bodyguards and the security that works at Sidswell Friends school, where the Obama daughter go to school.

I'm concerned for others in left-leaning states.

My best friend is a bleeding liberal attorney who carries his PX4 everywhere, even legally in NYC. Not all liberals are anti-gun. He's fuming.

Good idea about not buying a hunting tag or fishing tag would put a hurt on NYS as it puts a lot of money in the coffers. The NYS DEC heads would spin without income.... If you owe the state file an extention instead of filing on April 15th... Make them wait even more for their demanded ill gotten gains...

Boycotting hunting doesn't hurt the state as much as it hurts honest merchants who depend on the hunting season for their businesses. That's privately owned stores, eateries, hotels, butchers, etc. A big part of the private upstate economy is driven by hunting and fishing. If they have a bad season they may not be there next year. Let's not shut ourselves out.

Sorry about hunting in NY - my guns arn't welcome - neither is my carry permit - so I cant go hunting there.. Oh well Michigan has plenty of hunting locations and doesn't hate my guns and if things continue might be one of the few states left that don't.

There is no law stopping you from hunting in NYS. You obtain a permit and hunt.

Coming to your state soon... Stop Obama from making New York style "gun patrol" a national law and New York might have a chance to repeal!
