I for one, bit the bullet and applied for my non-resident CT pistol permit in December. Still waiting on the result as they rejected my fingerprints twice and I had to resubmit them. As a NH resident, I will be able to carry in most of New England but I am walled in my NY and NJ which provide no means for a non-resident, non property to become licensed. This is the blue's 2A blue wall.
