Nice pooch. I love K9 work and GSD's. Nothing makes the heart pump more than when that baby is bearing down on you. Agitation is a real adrenaline booster. Is he Czech or German?

 

[VERDAD Investigations]

He is Czech, and officially retired at age 12, he will be 13 y/o in December. He is the best dog, and in his prime and until just about a year ago, the most intense hard working dog! He still is mentally ready to work, unfortunately his hips are just done! We did some hip surgery a little over a year ago, he is in no pain now, but it slowed him physically and he can't do alot of running or walking these days. He will still do bite work, and hold anyone I ask him to. We now have his son and daughter, his boy has started working and didn't eat anyone at our last big event! His daughter has his looks and his tracking nose, but is lighter by almost 20 lbs, his son is lighter in color, has his drive and his bite, but none will take the work and do the job like good ole dad yet!
