OK, I have filled out my app for my permit, the local law agency called to inform me I had to change my address first on my drivers licence. That's all good but she happen to say my application was approved also. Since I did my app online at ISP website, does that mean the back ground check was already done? Or will this still take some time? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
