Sent in my PA application on 3/7/2011 and received it back on 3/10/2011 because I for got to sign it. Sent it back immediately overnight on 3/11/2011 and they received it on 3/14/2011. Received it today 3/24/2011. 17 days is really beings they had 12 boxes of applications when I called Monday, 3/21, to check to ensure they received it. If you do not have a PA non-res permit you have until the end of March to get it in through the mail.
