Oregon Non-resident permit

I live in Ca, and travel to Wa couple times a year. I just received my Utah permit man_in_love for Wa and am looking at a Oregon Permit. I will also have taken the Nevada class for their permit prior to driving through Oregon again. My question is specific to the "competency requirement." Does the Utah or Nevada class certificate count for a class or do I have to take a 3rd safety class to fulfill this requirement?

I'd like the answer to that question also. I travel from SD through WY, MT,ID, WA and into OR. I'm good with WY, MT and ID, but not WA or OR. Our Senator Thune has introduced a bill that will allow a person with a valid concealed carry permit to travel across state lines. Keep your fingers crossed.....but don't hold your breath.
