Options Similar to LC9 without Long Trigger Pull?

Hey all,

New to the forum. Name's Matt. Just got my PTC about 3 weeks ago. Carry a Ruger LC9. Nice gun, bought it solely for the purpose of concealed carry, and it works great for that. Not a big fan of shooting it though. The long, heavy trigger pull bothers me. I know in a time of need I wouldn't feel that trigger pull at all. But I like to practice and target shoot, and I don't like it on the range. I shoot that, then my Beretta 92FS which cocks itself with each shot, and don't want to go back to the LC9 which doesn't. Contemplating swapping the LC9 for a Glock 26, Berretta Nano, or something else. But honestly haven't looked much yet. Not sure if any of those are auto-cocking either, or not like the Ruger. Any suggestions?

Matt.

the nano is a DAO so it will have the longer trigger pull like the LC9. although i have not shot either of them to compare one to the other. but to my knowledge the nano is not auto cocking.

Taurus PT-709

I have a Taurus PT-709 Slim, and it works great. Seems like it does what you're asking, and in about the same price range as the LC9.

The LC9 is not a target gun.

I carry one when I need a single-stack for better concealment with certain clothes. Nice gun.
