ROGERS, Ark. -- Terry Joe Green, of Centeron, was arrested by Benton County deputies on Sunday after he applied for employment with the Benton County Sheriff's Office as a jailer. Green was charged with sexual indecency with a minor after he confessed to having consensual sex with a 13-year-old when he was 19 years old.
