I was wondering some states people rather do open carry without the ccw license and some states people rather do concealed carry with the ccw license.

I am curious what is your perspective that the people have two choices open or concealed? which one is the highest percent of open carry or concealed carry? I thought OC is the highest percent than the CC.

Vote: Which one is the most highest percent in our America? OC or CC

Open OR Concealed carry WITHOUT a permit is the Constitutional choice.

You should have freedom of choice.

Interesting most people voted concealed carry permit.

Whoever voted concealed carry with permit, Why ?

Whoever voted open carry without permit, Why?

I didn't take your pole. Please don't take offense. This is just my .02. I'm not attacking you. I'm just critiquing the phrases. You may or may not agree.

Here are the reasons.

First, the first phrase is redundant. A CCW license is not needed to open carry, so to phrase it that way is redundant. It's similar to asking, "Is something really real?" Other phrases that could be used:

Open Carry.
No Open Carry allowed, ever.
Concealed Carry with a CCW.
Concealed Carry without a CCW.
None of the above.
Other.

Second, the pole didn't allow for OC or CC without a license. If the pole allows for a choice one way, it needs to allow for any opposing choice(s.)

Finally, your results would be unnecessarily skewed because of the phrases you used, and those you left out.

Thanks for reading.
Peace.

I thought you were asking what we think people are actually doing, not what we do or think should be done. Personally I open carry without a permit right now, but I am in the processing of getting one so I will have both options. I actually agree with an earlier post that we should not be restricted based on the 2A.

I stand corrected and I apologize. I assumed that open carry meant just that, done with no permit needed. This is the case here in Nevada. Now I learn that this is not the case in other states. So, there should also be a line for Open Carry with and Open Carry without a permit. Sorry.
