Only need one state

I'm an SC CWP holder, I have all the states need (plus some) except Georgia.
What's the cheapest Non resident CWP that I can get that will give me Georgia? I don't need any other states but if it gives me more, I'll take it.

AZ non-res will give GA and there's no class needed.

FL non-re will also give you GA. If you were in the service just submit a copy of your DD 214. Fl permit is $117 but good for 7 years!

az non-res will take a 214 as well, but the cost was ~$60-65 and good for 5 years. may have changed since i got mine in 2012.

Places around me are on average charging $100. But that includes notarization, fingerprints, picture, and making sure your application is set up right.

then the AZ non-res is a better deal. no class to attend or pay for. email them, they send you a packet with the application and fingerprint cards (also nothing to notorize and no pics), fill out the application, get fingerprints done, and send back in w/ the money. $60 for the first 5 years, $43 to renew.

Just received my Arizona non-resident permit earlier this month. I had mailed everything needed to them in June of last year (2013) and why it took so long according to them was "everybody & their brother were applying at once". It might be getting better but be prepared to wait. Later,

I have the New Hampshire permit but am letting it expire. In the Greenville, SC area, I just took the class and am getting the Utah permit for $120 (Permit application plus the class) and I will have more state coverage.

so $151 for the first 5 years and $15 to renew for 5 years.

it would take around 20 years of having the permits for the ongoing costs of the AZ to catch up with the ongoing costs of the utah including the class.
